Brothern Boise Valley will be holding its February 3rd. stated meeting at 7:30 PM at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, there will be Chili with Cornbread and Hotdogs served prio to the meeting at 6:30 PM donations for dinner accepted, please come, and enjoy fellowship with your Scottish Rite brothers.

The Grand Secretary shall forward all resolutions which are filed on or before February 15 to the
Committee on Jurisprudence on or before February 22. Resolutions shall be reviewed by the Committee
on Jurisprudence and returned to the authors for any conflicts with the Idaho Code and Digest on or
before April 1 of each year. If returned to the authors, the authors may elect to revise the resolution to
address conflicts; however, no new or additional resolution(s) to address conflicts may be submitted. If
the authors choose to revise the resolution to address conflicts, they must return the revised resolution to
the Committee on Jurisprudence on or before April 15 for further and final review.

On or before April 30, the Committee on Jurisprudence shall return all resolutions to the Grand Secretary
which the committee has determined are not in conflict for forwarding to the constituent lodges.
Resolutions which the Committee on Jurisprudence has determined are in conflict and which are not
revised by the authors, or which are determined to still be in conflict after revision as provided above,
shall not be forwarded to the constituent lodges nor considered at the Annual Communication that year.
