District Deputy Grand Master’s Biography

Steven B. Siebers – District 1 

I was born in Iowa, with 1 sister and 5 brothers. We moved around a lot when I was younger but finally settled in Colorado where I grew up and graduated from Jefferson High School in Edgewater Colorado.

Joined the Air Force at 18 and spent the next 20 years serving in Both the Continental US, Germany and in Operation Desert Storm in Southeast Asia.

After retiring from the military, I tried a number of vocations and determined I would need to go back to school. I have earned an Associate degree in Computer Networking as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security.

I worked for Hewlett Packard until my retirement in 2022.

I was raised in 2009 in Idaho Lodge # 1, joined the Shriners and affiliated with Meridian Lodge # 47 in 2019, Moved to Salmon ID in 2021 and affiliated with Lemhi Lodge #11 was elected Worshipful Master in 2024 was also appointed a District Deputy Grand Master of the 1st Masonic District by MWPGM Rick Holloway the same year. Reelected to serve a second term as Worshipful Master in 2025 and reappointed by MWGM Randy King to serve as District Deputy Grand Master of the 1st Masonic District.

Steve and his wife Jill have been married for 42 years and have 2 children, one daughter married with 4 beautiful grandchildren. One son who is happily single! I’m involved in The VFW, Masonic Lodge, York Rite, and The El Korah Shriners.
